“ We went in for breakfast based on reviews and we are really pleased that we did. The owner was fantastic, great service and happy to answer my questions about which breakfast items were gluten free (they even have gf bread in the freezer but I didn’t want any). Very knowledgable about what I could eat and recommended their vegetarian sausage which was lovely. They even brought the packaging out to double check it didn’t contain gluten and would be okay for me. The mix & match breakfast option was perfect as I could choose the items I could eat without feeling like I was missing out. Such a great idea. My breakfast was delicious, lovely bacon, pesto sausage, lots of mushrooms and perfect poached eggs all on a hot plate, which is how it should be! All topped off with a lovely mug of Yorkshire Tea. Mum really enjoyed her local burgers sausage (not gf), black pudding (not gf) and crispy hash brown too. It is a shame I am not local as I would happily make this my regular. The lady who served me was ever so welcoming - I felt completely at ease! She seems to know all her customers by name and I was delighted to be part of such a warm atmosphere.
